Shrimp Tacos
Mixed about 1 1/2 cups plain Greek Yogurt
1 table spoon chili powder
1 table spoon garlic powder
1 table spoon paprika
1/2 table spoon chipotle powder
1/2 table spoon salt
1/4 table spoon cayenne
1 table spoon agave “gel”?
This was all late in the day. I put the shrimp in a zip lock for about 1 1/2 hrs
Grilled about 6 mins each side. high heat. .
I call it Indian/Cajun/Tex-Mex fusion
